"Great vacation spot!! It looks exactly like the pictures. My room was great overlooking the pool, courtyard and the beach. Love the choices of restaurants with different food selections. Friendliest place on earth!! My only issue was housekeeping, Called numerous times for washcloths. Also had a leak in my room from air conditioner above and they were slow to fix it and housekeeping had noticed it earlier in day and used our towels to keep floor dry and didn't replace them nor contact maintenance. I had to notify them at 10PM. It's costly if you leave the premise for outdoor excursions. You really don't have to leave because Ocean Eden Bay offers everything to keep you entertained."

"I liked how big and roomy the one bedroom suite is and comes with a full kitchen. Staff was very helpful and courteous and friendly. There were never any pool towels at the reef though, we always had to walk way over to the other side to get pool towels."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the entire property was clean and peaceful. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my trip such a great experience!"

"The hotel was great and we enjoyed our stay. It does need some upkeep here and there. The beach was a bit underwhelming - a narrow stretch, with rocks in the water that can easily hurt your feet. While the water is very calm, the rocks can be a bit hard to navigate for younger kids. The pool was great but needed more upkeep. We arrived on July 4th and the pool area was packed. I noticed empty plastic cups in the bushes near the pool and even came across a plastic lid on the bottom of the pool. Some people had left their empty plastic cups near the edge of the pool. It was not a great first look, I must admit, but it got better during our stay, with fewer people around. The hotel needs to either incentivize people to bring their used pool towels back or have more personnel pick up the used towels. We found many pool chairs covered with wet towels, which made it hard to know if the person was still there or not. On the positive side, the fish pond and piano in the Garden wing were an absolute hit with my boys. We had fun feeding the fishes and the turtles and looking at the friendly iguanas roaming around. The ice cream shop, which is open 24 hours and also offers sandwiches, coffee and smoothies, is amazing. I recommend if you want a cheaper snack or breakfast than what the pricey restaurants in the hotel offer. Having a Starbucks there was also great. The stores were nice too, but overpriced."

"My family and I came back to this hotel for the second time this year. Having been there last year, we were able to notice a few things, and not for the better. Don't get me wrong, the hotel is still very nice and well maintained. My message is mostly for management. I think the staff is still AMAZING, we truly had a great time and enjoyed every second of our vacation. However,... - Elevator was broken, at least the one next to our room which was on the second floor. So, we had to use stairs every time. It's okay for us but for a handicapped person might be impossible to do. - Our room door broke on the second day [latch would not close, the hinge was loose], and we had to sleep with the door unlocked as the issue was not resolved. I had to put a chair behind the door as I could not fall asleep. Eventually, nothing happened but it was uncomfortable. It got fixed eventually. -The restaurants are extremely hot; the air is bad and really hot inside. I just wish management would take care of these issues before it becomes a bigger problem, the hotel is really nice. New Serenade Hotel just opened next door. I am sure is beautiful but so is this existing location. Havind said that I also want to mention again that the staff is AMAZING, the FOOD is GREAT, and the rooms are really big, spacious and cold, which is what matters indeed. We saw some waiters for the second time this time, SUSANA, Gracias por todo!"
