Upon arriving we were informed that we’d booked the basic package which came with a tent and no sleeping bag or mat. Obviously the fault is ours but I talked to several other campers at stokes and they had the same problem. It didn’t cost us too much extra but I’d like to see it addressed. "Everything was great. Arrived at 22.00, checked in remotely using a console in reception, weird, but worked fine. The waiter told us where to park, 5 mins away in a public space but safe and fine. Back at hotel, we checked in then had a lovely meal in the restaurant."

"The property was new and lovely and clean. Check in was a little confusing but a staff member was on hand via a button at the door to assist. There was a muffin. tea and coffee facilities however the coffee machine was not working. Bed and bedding wax wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom had soap and shampoo provided."

"This hotel is a truck stop, rooms basic but clean.Lucky to have a room at the back otherwise would have been looking at alot of trucks.Truckers left early and the shower was cold,we imagine all the hot water had been taken(7am)Went for breakfast, 8am there was no staff and it looked like we were left with what the truckers did not want.Passed and purchased breakfast on route"
