"Main elevators are out of order. Everyone had to use the service elevator located in the back. Breakfast was your average low quality breakfast. Housekeeping never touched our room. Not even to take out the trash. The Room's air conditioner barely worked. At least the shower water pressure was great ..."

"The staff friendly and courteous. Facility is just old and tired. Everything from carpet to tile to plumbing to furniture just tired. I usually stay at Hilton or Marriott but all were booked up. This was just okay."

"Everything was clean and liked the location of the hotel. This isn't a big deal, however when we got back later one night our card key wouldn't unlock our door so we had to back to the lobby to take care of it."
