"For as old as the hotel is, they are doing a good job keeping it up. It is not a luxurious historical hotel, but they keep updating and improving it. The restaurant was very good and there is good energy there. Lots of happy guests around. And being across the street of the newly expanded and remodeled hot springs gs is a huge plus."

Comfort Inn & Suites Carbondale on the Roaring Fork

Comfort Inn & Suites Carbondale on the Roaring Fork

8/10 Good
"The breakfast was surprisingly good, especially the potatoes. My room was clean and they gave me a good room overlooking the river. The building is under construction which I wish they warned you about ahead of time bc contractors were there constantly and there were window coverings flapping outside of my room that made noise. The acoustics in the room aren’t great and the AC unit couldn’t keep up in the 90F weather even with shades down all day. Staff was very kind. Bed was just okay, pillows were good though. Also they have cold lemon water and choco chip cookies in the lobby which is a nice touch! Wish they had more food options at the front desk. Also the microwave didn’t work great."
