Nestled at the base of Mount Sopris, this artsy town offers incredible hiking trails where locals gladly point you to hidden waterfalls. Grab a bike to explore downtown's galleries and farm-to-table restaurants, then head to Carbondale Wild West Rodeo on summer Thursday evenings.
Absolutely fantastic hotel, one of the best I have stayed in. Breakfast included with Hotels.com is just a $20 each allowance but the food here is excellent. Very happy with our stay

Facilities were great especially the coffee and tea station. Surrounding were beautiful despite a lot of construction works. Rooms spacious and clean. Shuttle to town less than 15 mins

Very nice hotel set next to Colarado River and a good stop between Moab and Denver. Excellent service, relatively new, compact little swimming pool and gym. The only restaurant around is Miners Claim which I would also recommend.

Lovely, comfortable and welcomng. Great welcome from the host, cosy room, and lovely home cooked breakfast. Range of foods offered and the host checked that we were ok when ever he saw us. Hot water and a range of hot drinks available at Ash times. Cozy lounge area to meet and chat with other guests. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked good.
