Incredible stay, from start to finish. Everything is thought about, the service is impeccable and one of the best ever experienced. Beautiful rooms, food, breakfast.

Stayed here for our honeymoon and it was beautiful! They couldn't do enough for you and all the staff treated us like royalty. Shuttle/private car to Ubud centre was really handy. Experience team made such an effort to make our honeymoon special with little extras to make it special Pool was a little chilly but that Is the only thing I can think of that wasn't perfect!

Stunning villas in a great location - close to Ubud and other attractions on the island. The villa itself was lovely and served as a great base while the onsite club was great for a quiet afternoon and a meal if you don't want to go out. Definitely recommended!

The room was so clean and we felt so welcomed. Not far from the centre and shops. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent

The villa was exceptional. We stayed in Villa Cendana which has 4 double bedrooms. The property is only 3 months old and is spotless. The dining areas inside and outside are great for entertaining and the lounge and outside sofas are beautiful. The private pool is huge about 12 metres by 4-5m, which is much bigger than we were expecting. The staff are so thorough and made sure that we were incredibly well looked after. They helped us with directions to the local laundry and how to operate...

Definitely highly recommend as a luxury stay. Hoping to come back in future One of most beautiful Resort in Bali. Villa is amazing, the view to jungle is mesmerizing. Staff is very friendly and ready to assist. Service is excellent! Would highly recommend😍

We stayed at the Royal Purnama in a 1 Bedroom Villa with Private pool for 4 nights. From the airport collection to the moment we said goodbye, the staff at the Royal Purnama were very polite and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. All the staff knew our names and what we had planned, this gave a really personal touch to our holiday; one we have not experienced anywhere else. The Villa itself was amazing. Very well designed, layed out and extremely clean. Pool was great....

Beautiful, peaceful hotel in a great location, just a short walk from all the hustle and bustle, while still feeling like a quiet escape. It’s close to everything you need, and the pool area was absolutely beautiful. You could relax and hear nothing but the sounds of nature and wildlife, although there was some construction noise during my stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and genuinely made me feel like family. I was travelling solo, so I was especially touched when they surprised me...

I stayed 4 nights at Ubud Green with 2 friends recently, my friends booked a private pool villa which was gorgeous, there was also a spare room that I could have stayed in (only big enough for 1) had I known. I booked a room without a pool which was nice but as there is no communal pool if have been disappointed if I'd not been able to use the one in my friends place. It's a small site and a little out of the way but they do provide a shuttle at set times (can be a bit annoying having to stick...

The first villa we stayed in had an amazing outdoor bathtub set in a koi pond, which was just magical, but we had issues with wifi not being available, so the staff moved us to another one, which was just amazing. Huge high ceilinged living space, gorgeous furniture, and a beautiful bathroom with corner bath. Staff were very helpful arranging free shuttles all around Ubud for us, very kind and accommodating and The area that could be improved was the food, which was not as good as other...

The villa was everything I hoped for. It was beautiful and very comfortable. The hotel staff provides excellent service and made us completely at home. The walk from front desk to our villa was a bit of challenge because there were many steps and I brought my one year old. But we didn't mind, it was a great excercise while enjoying spectacular view. I also love the food they served us....I think ot was one of the best hotel food I ever tasted. The location is indeed a bit out of Ubud central,...

Amazing! The staff, food, room, cleanliness, everything was a 5/5

Beautiful villa in amazing setting. Pool is large and very inviting! Grounds are lovely and very tranquil and relaxing. Staff always on site and made delicious breakfast you choose the night before. Butler organised masseuse to come to Villa and had a wonderful massage. We only stayed for two nights and didn’t want to leave! We would definitely love to come back when we visit Bali in the future. Iowa (Aowa) (sorry for spelling!) the lovely lady butler was amazing! Only problems was the...

I would make the entrance more visible as it truly is a hidden gem. But i didn’t like the fact that when I asked to extend you were hitting rates of 1.9m at me when I paid nothing close to that before. Customers are there to be maintained - not just to win a little more money out of if they are showing loyalty to them

A beautiful hotel, with wonderful staff that clearly enjoyed their work and maintained a high standard of service. Clean, spacious room, decorated with native flowers on arrival as a welcoming touch. As frequent travellers, my partner and I remember this as our most enjoyable hotel stay to date.
