"Property was immaculate. The front desk staff were awesome, Bar staff Mario And his sidekick were great. Mario makes a killer whiskey sour. The restaurants on site were on point and kept the food interesting by shaking up the menu daily. Breakfast was always exceptional and lots of options from American to Italian. The pool is gorgeous and the private beach and water are stunning. There are loungers at pool and beach. There is no hotel bar/ food service down at the beach but there’s a small local bar on beach separate from the hotel. Or you can bring your own drinks/ food. The rooms are perfect and have everything you need. Housekeeping staff are trustworthy as we left valuables in our room and never had an issue. There’s even a small gym if you care to work out on vacation. There’s a spa on site but we never used it as we spent all our time at beach/ pool. The young staff/ employees are still going through some growing pains as the busy season starts but all in all they did a flawless job and will only get better and better with time. This stay was 11 out of 10, so great !! Thanks to the Cala Staff !! "

"The hotel is idyllically located, all of the best shops and hotels are right outside your hotel. The complimentary water boat to the island is absolutely stunning. It was the most peaceful & clean experience. The hotel was very clean , the staff at the pool & beach were so friendly. The service and location are 5 stars, the accommodationis slightly more "

"Convenient location near the port but no Parking at the hotel and very limited parking near by. Staff were outstanding. When we left a cell phone in our room they were quick to give us a call to make sure we could go back and pick it up."

We had harbour view room which was not directed right to the harbour but just more on the side and on the front was closed large supermarket with large carpark - not the nicest view but OK. Big disappointment was with breakfast- not a big choice of food but must honestly say all was fresh and good quality however for a longer stay could be very boring to eat small selection of the same things. Really nice terrace with pool - that was best thing. Close distance to main roads and restaurants "

"Very good hotel, really enjoyed our stay here. Booking in was professional and efficient. Pool area and gardens were lovely to sit out in. Room was high standard, we had a small issue with the electricity going off, but the staff sorted this. My only gripe is that although I appreciate two free bottles of water a day, for a hotel doing that to every room is so much wastage. Install a filtered water machine in the corridor, everyone has a bottle these days. So much wastage and would make the hotel more eco friendly. "
