Said the air-conditioning was broken. Wouldn't be fixed for our stay. Hadn't been fixed since last summer. Room was nearly 30 degrees. No communication prior to our stay. Everyone was complaining.

La nostra stanza era al piano terra davanti alla zona in cui si organizzavano serate, troppo rumore per chi vuole riposare la sera. Stanza piccola per 2 adulti e un bambino di 10 anni, bagno senza finestra con doccia ampia ma che allagava il pavimento

Après avoir lu beaucoup de critiques sur cet hôtel j’appréhendais notre séjour. Mais je peux que recommander cet hôtel. Chambre moderne, propre et matelas très confortable. Mis à part la nourriture qui est certes en abondance mais de mauvaise qualité (nous avons pris uniquement le petit déjeuner).

Vicino al mare, con una bella pineta davanti al Hotel. Assolutamente adatto per i bambini. La animazione è piaciuto tanto. Nel arrivo non è stato informato bene per fare la tessera al miniclub, che in teoria doveva fare solamente per chi c'era il pernottamento completo (quindi deve essere spiegato bene prezzi e condizioni per il mini club all'arrivo). Comunque dopo abbiamo risolto il tutto.

Ich habe ein Hotel mit Klimaanlage gebucht und musste es in einem Zimmer bei 26,7 Grad aushalten, weil die Köimaanlage zwar vorhanden aber zentral abgeschaltet war! Ich werde mich auch noch bei der Verbraucher Beratung bzw und oder juristisch schlau machen, inwieweit ich da Regressansprüche habe! Ansonsten ging im 1.Zimmer die Köospülung nicht und wir mussten abends noch umziehen! Dann war das Hotel eine Woche lang von mehreren großen Jugendgruppen frequentiert, die entsprechend sehr laut waren und morgens schon früh das Frühstücksbüffet abgrasten! Es wurde nicht wieder aufgefüllt und man hatte den Eindruck als Gast in dieser Jugendherrbergsatmosphäre unterzugehen und das in einem angeblichen 4 Sternehotel und einem Preis von 190 € pro Nacht!!! Unfassbar das Ganze! Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und der Situation eigentlich nicht gewachsen! Reine Verwaltung des Betriebes keinerlei gastfreundliches Verhalten.

Buona accoglienza con receptionist molto gentili,camera bella e abbondante colazione. Unico neo del soggiorno:bagno con pulizia non perfetta e bagnino con modi sgarbati …..da ricordargli che con gli ospiti si deve sempre essere disponibili e gentili

La struttura purtroppo un po' datata e decadente. La piscina molto pulita ma le piastrelle si staccano. Abbiamo alloggiato in una doppia adattata a quadrupla... Un po stretta. Animazione TOP

Un esperienza molto piacevole..personale gentile e cortese..non invadente..hotel molto accogliente e pulito. Cambiavano lenzuola ed asciugamani ogni mattina. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, crediamo di ritornarci volentieri. Grazie a tutto lo staff
