"So clean, comfy bed, bedding and pillows. The only recommendation I have is that the rolling chairs should be taken out of the rooms on the second floor. The noise in the 1st floor rooms is pretty annoying."

"5 stars and that’s only for the staff! The night crew member was running both the front desk and the back kitchen single-handedly, and she handled it like a pro. Efficient, calm, and doing everything right without a single complaint. Truly impressive. The hotel itself, though, felt a bit dated. The beds could use an upgrade, and the body wash/toiletry options were pretty limited. There was also an odor in the bedroom that our family wasn’t happy about. Big appreciation for the staff — but the property definitely needs some updates to match their level of service."
