The room was a little dated and the bed a bit too firm for me but in the grand scheme these are relatively minor points to an overall good stay and we would stay again if we were to return to Hereford. "Great location, really lovely staff and alright breakfast and swimming facilities (pool and hot tub), but the price is reflective of quality. Particularly the showers (both in the room and in the pool changing areas), and the bathroom in the room does show signs of age. This didn't ruin the trip though, and the location more than makes up for it!"

"We had a lovely stay here in the family suite on the top floor. The ceilings are low for those that are tall. However, it worked out well for us. The rooms were clean. The included breakfast was delicious and the restaurant for dinner was excellent as well. "
