"This stay was the absolute worst! Loud. Doors slamming all night long! People in rooms or hallways Very loud. Left at 3a.m. & told the front desk why. Apology but no real concern & asked for a call from manager. Called manager myself because, of course no one called me. Told manager what happened. ..."

"Lovely check in - Ms. Jewel was very welcoming and friendly. The room is big and comfortable, although the age of some of the furnishings shows. My daughter and I are on the way from Southern California to Seattle, so this is our 2nd stop on the way. Convenient location."
