"The staff were very pleasant and helpful. In fact, during my check-in process, another customer was very upset about a lamp and was throwing a fit and they handled it very well. The room itself was very spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The set up and layout of the hotel was nice. Love being able to access the pool from the siding glass door. However, the hotel itself needs an entire renovation. The carpets throughout the building were very dirty and in poor condition with lots of rips and tears, which I found to be a trip hazard. I try to highlight the positives when doing reviews but the condition of the hotel was very off putting. I would’ve given a five star review had the hotel been in mid condition, but it was far from that. I hope that they reinvest in the building because location was great. The parking lot was great easy accessible from the highways… some great takeaways for sure but it made me feel like I was in a rundown motel."

"I carry valuables and normally the rooms have a small safe. My room didn’t. I prefer not to leave valuables in a room and am a little nervous about keeping them in a vehicle. At least t the vehicle has an alarm. If my wife had come with me I believe she would have had us move to a different Hotel. If the showers don’t have wands, she will try to find a hotel that does have them. Other than that, everything thing else was well done. I plan on visiting my family member more regularly and will definitely contact you folks for registration. I never asked, but senior discounts would cheerfully be appreciated. "Door key cards most times did not work had to get reloaded many times. Restaurant closed and no breakfast with room. Our room flooded due to room above mad and blocked drains and flooded there room and drained into our room. Had to move to another, NOT the motel fault."

"The staff was great, it’s definitely budget. I have asthma in the room was stuffy and really smelled bad like dirty feet but I think it’s just a dirty carpet and people were smoking a blunt across the hall so it really exacerbated and I had to use my inhaler throughout the day. We were with our kiddos and they were coughing the whole time. They both have asthma. The pool was really fun but echoing / loud and kids are screaming playing in pool room so the decibels can nearly make you go deaf."

"Barely any amenities, which is what you get at an extended stay hotel. I understand no breakfast, but theres not even an iron, hair dryer, or even a box of Kleenex. Mattress has minimal support. I would stay here again if it is significantly less expensive that surrounding hotels like it was this time, but I’d rather pay more to stay somewhere like a Hampton Inn or a Holiday Inn Express. No paid me to write this, this is just a matter-of-fact, honest review."
