"Communication with the hotel was good and the check in staff member was very friendly and helpful. It was a nice apartment with basic equipment. Beds were clean and toiletries provided in the bathroom. The tableware was not as clean as it could have been. On the whole it was good value for money."

Although it is said that the location is quiet it is not, several times per week outdoor karaoke, neighbours cleaning their terraces with noisy electric air blowers in the morning. The elevator did not have any proof of maintenance on its label. Stuffing, like toaster, microwave and stove are old or weak, frying a piece of meat isn’t fun on the stove. "Fantastic hotel for toddlers, as long as not in a room above the bar / restaurant area. The gardens are kept in a fantastic condition and the smell of lavender from the plants is refreshing. Great water facilities. The rooms are a bit 90's and dated in areas not really reflecting the Hipotel brand imho. That being said we were not in the room much. The beach is still beautiful if a little busy. The bath is not really suitable for a 6ft adult! Exterior of the building looks a bit tired. "

"Very average and overpriced. Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price."
