The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The room for size was spacious but unfortunately, the cleanliness and amenities were disappointing. The bath mat was riddled with mould and the bathroom was grotty overall. The room was missing several amenities and we had to visit reception to gey these ourselves.

Really liked the helpful staff. They went out of their way on more than one occasion to help me out. The breakfast buffet was Way beyond what I had expected. It was great. We have one of these country inns in my hometown in the states. I often wondered what it would be like to stay there and now I know. I will be staying at more country inns in the future.

Room clean and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Jose Picado (bellhop) and Mauricio (at the bar and restaurant) went above and beyond and are credit to your staff. On the morning of our departure, Mr. Picado walked us two blocks away to help us with our Uber ride which could not access the hotel due to a marathon.
