We were given a room where the floor sloped, window facing the beach leaked causing moisture on the window. The bed mattress was old with no support. The restaurants were very good including the steakhouse which was terrific.

My son has a duck feather allergy. We asked at front reception if we can use some hypoallergenic hollow Fiber pillows to which their reply why house keeping is gone and we don’t know where they store them. My son ended up getting a full on body rash and couldn’t sleep all night.

The room wash clean. The staff were friendly. The room was falling apart. Couldn't close bathroom door. Toilet seat kept slipping off the toilet. Bunkbed needed tightening up as very wobbly.
