Hi Kelly,Thanks for your feedback, which is very important to us to keep up our high standards.We have been in contact with the apartment owners to update their furniture as it is a little dated yet no damages that we could find.All bedrooms have curtains, the lounge areas don't all have curtains as the previously from the balcony means they don't need them but will bring it up with the owners also.We are very sorry about the board walk construction but out of our control as it is council property as should have been finished before your stay.We did refund you for your nights not stayed at our property and hope you give us another chance to impress in the future.ThanksKellie Guest Services. atHotelGroup

Narelle this is very unlike the Marina Shores team. I'm sorry this was what you experienced. We do hope though you enjoyed your time in the Whitsundays.

Apologises about the WIFI. It's not been a quick fix to have the whole system replaced. But we are upgrading so we can provide a better service. So happy you found the apartment comfort and cosy. Not to mention the views....
