Room clean. Called ahead to ensure the pool was open, and upon check-in, the pool was closed and would not give us a refund to go to a different hotel with a pool. AC would not work.

Clean room but not in a great location at all. Some of the lights didn’t work well and air conditioner didn’t work. Overall experience was good just could use some touch ups.
