Everythink is perfect except breakfast. The variety is rich, but the quantity is a bit small. When we went to the hotel restaurant an hour before service ended, several food was gone and it took a while to come back.

Great hotel next door to marineland , i have stayed there three times in all The breakfast is a nice continental and thats where it ends, they have recently made improvements to tbe restaurant so i thought i would try an evening meal there My daughter had a margarita pizza which came completely smothered in oily heese and undercooked dough I had the beef steak burger and was asked how i would like it, medium i replied, looking forward to it, less than 5 minutes later it arrived looking like a cheap frozen burger Ao once again hotel is pretty faultless on the accommodation side, just dont eat there

While the bedroom was clear, the upkeep with the bathrooms and public areas is disappointing. This must have been a nice hotel when build, but I have the feeling that no upkeep since. No WiFi as apparently they were trying to fix it. We were there 3 days/2 nights and weren’t able to use it. Bad smell (foul pipe) in the breakfast restaurant. Breakfast extremely limited. Location, far off the action of Antibes.

The hotel has a nice location, good size room, but the rooms do not have a fridge, electric kettle , mugs/cups, which is very unusual and had to ask the staff to provide the same. Overall the Hotel is good, fantastic staff and very helpful

Really nice hotel , good position , near train abd beach ! Comfortable rooms with amazing air-con! Cleaned everyday. Didn’t eat in the restaurant as pricey and not a lot of choice Pool was small but really nice to keep cool

Marineland Hotel
Located just a short walk from Biot train station so ideal for hopping on and off. Room bright, clean and modern. Would have like some tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Lovely continental breakfast each morning (extra fee if not prepaid). Our rooms overlooked the Marineland park but unfortunately we couldn't see any animals. Discounted tickets could be purchased for entry to Marineland too at the hotel reception. Would definitely stay there again if we returned to the area.

I paid for bed and breakfast and requested dietary requirements ( gluten / lactose free -which they did not attempt to meet. So did not have breakfast. I requested refund for breakfast as I had paid for it in advance and i was advised expedia needs to pay me back for my breakfast. No nformation given on how the hotel worked- not even in the room. The bathroom was dirty - sink / shower cubicles. They did not supply my towels and I had to ask for it at reception. Staff could not answer basic questions about area of hotel or give advise. All facilities close early as the hotel is not under the same management of the restaurant that has a very limited, simple menu. So have to walk to supermarket which is ~30 minutes walk - stock up on food and drink for hotel room. Offered me 24 euros to go into marineland park when 90% of facilities are closed. I refused the offer. :(

Reception was a desk in the corner of the restaurant ,no lounge area. it didn't feel like a hotel at all .Staff pleasant and helpful. My room was quite big and very clean. altogether I enjoyed my stay here until the last day I was packing and discovered my phone had been stolen out of my suitcase staff were not particularly interested when I reported it I doubt they'll be in touch. Sad end to lovely holiday .

Great hotel- all new and clean, the staff is super friendly and the location is perfect if you are going to the marinland park or the aquasplash park. Although, if you don't have a car the transportation to the hotel and from the hotel to Antib is not convinyant.

We stayed for 4 nights. Rooms were large and very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was continental and a good choice although not being early morning people by 9.00am juice,coffee etc had run out!!! We did not eat in the evening too overprized.The reception staff were very helpful and polite but the rest of them were not pleasant or helpful. Swimming pool was a welcome addition but most of the sun lounges were broken. We did not use this hotel for visiting Marineland but for it's location to train station to visit the beautiful towns and cities on the French riveria.

Stayed family of 3. Very clean room, very nice reception staff. Only down side is the breakfast. Not very tasty, always running short on cups, plates, food etc. Coffee machines not enough for amount of people restaurant serves to. Restaurant staff was nice and polite. Very good local bus and train service.

Good if your going to Marine land
The room was large and modern. It was clean and comfortable. But our shower over flowed the first night. The staff fixed it but there was evidence that this was an ongoing problem and no dehumidifiers we're set up. Avoid the restaurant for dinner it is terrible and the service is awful. There's a great restaurant in walking distance towards the train with much much much better food and great service.

Lovely hotel and friendly, helpful staff. It was all wonderful but also very expensive for food - 2 adults and 2 children was over 60 Euros for one meal of very, very tasty burger and chips.

It's a modern hotel, perfect location for Marineland. We had a family room with a double bed, plus 2 very small singles. The hotel room is badly designed so we had a leak (and wet floor) for duration of the 4 day visit. We reported it 3 times to staff and nothing happened apart from one staff member gave us 1 extra towel to cover the wet patch. They all knew about the issue but the hotel mgt weren't taking any action. The breakfast was over crowded, long queues for coffee and the croissants etc were stale. Recommend avoid it and instead go the Paul bakery 1 min drive away instead. Room facilities are minimal - no fridge or kettle so not ideal when traveling with kids.

No Respect for Anti-Smoking Laws in Restaurants
I was really disappointed by this hotel. checkin was fine though, the gentleman at the reception (Mr. Lionel) greeted us and helped us settling, he was very nice as well as the gentleman who made our checkout early morning, I should also include a couple of other hotel employees who were helping us with the sterilizing of our baby's feeding bottles. If it weren't for them I would definitely grade the Hotel Staff as Terrible. We have had two major issues, first and the most disturbing is how they allow smoking in dining areas even if it was outside. My wife and I along with our 5 month old baby were sitting outside having our beakfast when two women started smoking at the table just next to us (for the records they were with two babies). they did not look like the type that you can "speak with" so we decided to change our table to the very far end of the restaurant. a very rude/unprofessional waiter approached us and informed us that we were not allowed to sit there, I informed him that it was because the smoking ladies and how it was, according to my knowledge, not permitted in spaces where food is served, wehter inside or outside. I guess what I said made one of the smoking ladies angry and began shouting that it was rude that we changed our table and that smoking is ok besides babies and that she has been smoking in front of her babies all of the time. my wife and I never answered her and let shout as she please. I asked to speak with the manager who seemed also unprofessi

The hotel itself was great. We stayed for 5 nights but the car parking arrangements let the hotel down they are managed by a different company and there is a fee of 10 euros for each period upto 24 hours. you can only prebook 3 days and as we didnt leave the car park on the third day until 2 hours after the ticket expired it wanted to charge us another 10 euros. it doesnt return the ticket. it was a real hassle and is a big disadvantage to the hotel. even the hotel staff are aware it lets the hotel down but are unable to do anything about it. for a few hours we ended up parked on the pavement opposite. this would certainly make me think before going back
