Nothing fancy, room was clean, shower was very small. It's a great place to rest your head and get on with your day. Really great location, next door to the bus and train station, easy access to all the other cities.

Great location and super clean

The rooms is quite basic. But it was clean and got all what you need. The location is amazing with everything in a walking distance. The room was cleaned and everything put in place. Staff are really friendly (Thanks Jerome)

Our stay was wonderful, everything you needed from a budget hotel, couldnt recommend enough if you want no frills but everything you need to stay comfortably. Special thanks to Herve for looking after us so well

Great value budget hotel
The hotel is small and basic but very clean and convenient. The reception team are excellent- very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is decent value for money with a reasonable selection. The room was very warm even in December and the knly real negative. For the price I paid i was happy with the hotel. Room would be a little small for a longer stay as there is limited storage, but for a few nights it was great.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Its a ⭐⭐ and has seens its glory days passed already but its still nice and a great location. Especially, if you're traveling by train. They still use physical keys and have a 24h concierge where you drop your keys off when you go out. Its definitely an older style place. The rooftop restaurant has a great view and offers the simplest of breakfasts but its all that my wife and i needed. Its not the best hotel but it was safe, clean and affordable.

Really good breakfast. Clean room even if older! Across the street from the train station, surrounded by restaurants and shops and 10 minutes to the beach! Perfect location

Very friendly and helpful staff--from warm welcome by reception on arrival to handling any request during my stay, through efficient and kind check-out. Railway station area has worsened, though--this to none of the hotels' fault. Local law enforcement should be more present.

This is a 3 Star Hotel…Not a 2 as stated
This Hotel is directly opposite train station and was idea for us.. location was mins away from the main heart of Cannes Room 406 over looked the station in a good way. No nose and was very clean, good size shower room. And the shatters give you full dark room. Excellent with Air Con. on and a good night sleep. I would definitely be back

Liked the location . Right across from the Train station. Very convenient as we travelled by train from and to Paris from here. Also took day trips to Nice and Monte Carlo from here. Location was excellent for local sightseeing and eating out too. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The Breakfast was very good with a large assortment and plentiful. Will definitely recommend.

Great hotel. It's a little dated (as most things in the area) but the location is across the street from the train station and a few minutes walk from where all the food and shopping are located. They also have all the amenities you will need and the front desk was very friendly and willing to help with recommendations around the area.

This hotel was perfectly replied to our needs for a one-night layover in Cannes. Rooms are very small but sparkling clean, with a comfortable mattress. Shower was pleasant with good water pressure. All furniture and equipment looked brand new, including window with efficient noise insulation. Breakfast room on the roof is definitely a very nice addition.

Everything lovely, except stained towels
I really loved the location and design of this place (except for the small shower! I’m 115 lbs and it was small for me! Not sure if all the rooms are the same. Also, i stayed 3 nights and the towels were ALWAYS stained and leaving fuzz everywhere. Please please have some quality control here, and then everything would be perfect!

A pleasant surprise. You don’t expect much from these ‘next to the railway station -hotels’. The hotel had been totally renovated, good, efficient check-in. Absolutely spotless room, small but with a very good bed, good bedsheets, renovated bathroom. A good value for the price. Didn’t have time for breakfast but it is served on the top floor/roof with a view.
