C’était notre deuxième fois dans cet Hotel..nous avons beaucoup aimé ! Malgré la chaleur on a profité un peut la terrasse que mérite quelque décoration pour donner plus de charme !

Clean and convenient

We had a problem on arrival. Hotels.com web site says check in is from 3 -5 pm. We arrived on a Sunday at 4pm. Unfortunately reception closed at 3pm. They warned us a few days before and gave us a code for the front door which worked, and a second code for a box with our room key in. Unfortunately this did not work. They changed it 2 hours before we arrived. Although they did try to contact us we had no phone signal or internet access as we were travelling at the time. There is an emergency number to phone which we did and got a recorded message in French. Luckily a French lady came to our rescue and made a phone call for us and left a message. Shortly after someone did phone us and gave us the new code. We found the kitchen equipment in the apartment minimal. When we asked at reception the next day they provided us with plates sharp knives etc. After this bad start things were fine. The studio apartment was a reasonable size and the furniture good quality. Our only comment would be the table was too large for the room and a second comfy chair would have been nice. The TV has only French channels.

事前連絡の対応が素晴らしい。夜遅くの到着だったため、レセプションは閉まっていましたが、事前連絡で車での道順や駐車場、入室カードの保管ボックスの開け方等を詳しく教えてもらえた。 徒歩圏に格安スーパー(Lidl)や冷凍食品(Picard)があるため（部屋に冷凍冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、食洗器あり）、食費を抑えたり、時間を有効に使える。支配人は気さくで話しやすく、英語が堪能。バスタブ付の部屋を希望したところ、ちょうど更新した新しいバスタブの部屋を提供いただいた。今回はビジネスで利用しましたが、家族で滞在するのもとても良いと思います。たまたま、翌日の予約に空きがあったため、最終日の滞在時間を無償で14:00まで延長してもらえたのも大変好印象でした。また利用したいと思います。

Pour un week-end a Cannes en famille, tres bien placé (10 mn a pieds des rues commerçantes, des restaurants et de la croisette), pratique, propre, confortable et fonctionnel ! Accueil parfait avec beaucoup d'info pratiques et touristiques. Parking payant mais pratique. Supplement un peu cher pour notre petit chien (15€ par nuit !)

Super appart hôtel !

Nous avons apprécié la taille de la chambre, la grande salle de bain, son équipement et la propreté. 1 grand lave vaisselle mais pas beaucoup de vaisselle, il suffit de demander le personnel est au petits soins et vous fourni tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Zentrumsnah, nette Gegend, perfekt!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Carnot sehr genossen. Wir haben 2 kleine Kinder, deshalb waren wir froh um die komplette Küche. Die Zimmer sind schon kleine Wohnungen und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Das personal war immer sehr freundlich. Man ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten an der Strandpromenade oder in der Altstadt. Der Boulevard Carnot, an dem das Hotel liegt, ist verkehrsberuhigt und es gibt dort genügend Bäckereien und Restaurants zum frühstücken oder Essen. Das Problem mit der engen Tiefgarage, was einige Gäste zuvor geschrieben haben, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Wir haben einen Minivan und sind ohne Probleme - aber vorsichtig, weil es schon etwas eng ist - ein und ausgefahren. Alles in allem kann man dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, dazu passt das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis auch in der Urlaubszeit!
