"Great place but i has seen its glory days. Pool, sauna and hot tub are awesome. Rooms are luxury but show it's age and poor maintenance. Built in microwave didn't work (they brought spare one for counter top), random holes on walls in bathroom due to moving towel holders but not fixing old holes properly. Elevator call buttons on few floors were falling off. Our check in experience wasn't fun probably due to poor staff training. It's a decent place but only if you get a room at a discount. Not worth premium full price for aging, noisy (could hear upstairs neighbours turning lights on and off, walking) facility. "

"Stayed at Canmore Inn and had a great overall experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient with beautiful mountain views. The hotel is a bit older and can get busy and noisy at times, but for the price, it offers really good value. Would definitely stay again"
