Local tranquilo, bom atendimento quarto confortável ponto negativo mesmo que você fique mais de uma diária só vai ter disponível uma toalha e um papel higiênico se vc ficar 3 diaria vai ter que comprar papel higiênico e pagar adicional para cada toalha que pedir ácho q poderia trocar as toalhas a cada diária sem cobrar

Estadia perfeita Setembro/2022

A recepção foi ótima, a senhora que nos recebeu foi muito cordial e explicou tudo que precisava. O apto tinha todo material de cozinha, a cama espetacular de macia, 3 edredons que nos mantiveram muito quentinhos e aquecedor que manteve a temperatura do quarto agradável. Havia um frigobar que pude alocar meus frios pro café da manhã. O banheiro muito grande com uma ducha que é indescritível, não dava vontade de sair do banho. E eu havia perguntado ao Lucas sobre toalhas, que ele não disponibilizam, mas quando cheguei ele havia deixado 2 toalhas pra mim! Foi tudo perfeito e tivemos uma estadia agradável. Só um ponto negativo que não tem a ver com o Residencial são os carros, que por ser um bairro residencial tem pessoas com veículos barulhentos nas redondezas, mas isso não nos causou incômodo. Sem dúvida quando for a Gramado/Canela, ficaremos hospedados no Residencial Borges!

Um apartamento praticamente novo /pintado em muitas boas condições de conservação e limpeza porém não havia a sacada com janela que aparece na foto pois era um apto dos fundos (eu tenho um pouco de claustrofobia e gosto de janelas grandes e ventilação) portanto o consumidor está optando pela opção IGUAL a foto que aparece e não foi o caso no apto dos fundos com apenas uma pequena janela.

O Residencial é muito limpo e organizado, O quarto tem uma cozinha compacta. A cama é confortável e as roupas de cama são de excelente qualidade. A ducha do banheiro é muito boa. Os proprietários são muito atenciosos.

Problema na chegada. Com o quarto. Nada de cama extra. Quartos desocupados. Foi o que ajudou depois de algumas divergências. Foi resolvido. Sinal de wifi não divulgado. Demora na abertura da porta. Fiquei na rua esperando com a família. Nenhum funcionario presente no local. Na chegada e durante a estadia. Toalhas e papel higiênico não estavam disponível para os hóspedes. Itens desnecessários como esponja e detergente de louças. Mas sabonete para o banho não tinha. Nada disso era comunicado no site e nem na reserva.

Quarto mal iluminado, sem alguém para se comunicar , caso necessário. Até entendendo que ta bem explicado para que o hóspede leve toalhas, mas é um problema, pois tem que andar com a toalha molhada na mala, e a limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar. Na foto mostra um quarto com sacada e fiquei em um quarto de fundos.
