Café com muito vuco vuco e pouca limpeza e organiz
Funcionários não muito prestativos , limpeza do lugar e principalmente do café da manhã deixou muito a desejar , uma bagunça xícaras sujas as comidas bagunçadas o tempo todo não tem ninguém pra ir organizando , falta café tem que ir atrás dos moços pra avisar ,passam no meio da gente com bandejas carregadas de louças um entrevero de gente e trabalhador todos desorganizados

Hotel muito bom mas com algo a melhorar.
A estadia foi muito boa, a equipe do hotel é muito solícita e disponível porém alguns itens me impedem de dar uma nota 5, que são: 1 - espaço para o café pequeno o que gerava filas e espera 2 - a acústica do hotel não é boa e era possível escutar tudo o que acontece nos corredores e outros andares 3 - abordagem muito insistente dos representantes para que você conheça os empreendimentos novos mesmo quando vc diz que não tem interesse. Chega a ser irritante.

Preços abusivos e sem relevância!
Hotel muito caro para o que oferece. Para o periodo de natal é admissível o valor, mas achei abusivo. Não recomendo, com a devida antecedência é melhor ficar em Gramado pelo mesmo preço. Na ceia de natal o valor cobrado no restaurante anexo, "o Irlandês" foi um absurdo, 500,00 por pessoa sem nada que justifique o preço. Exploração e abusivo. Desistimos por problema de saúde e não devolveram o sinal pago.
