Hotel muito bom, bem central em Canela, podendo fazer tudo a pé no centro de Canela, estacionamento amplo, área bem tranquila. Apartamento adequado para 3 adultos (com um quarto de casal separado, muito bom), colchão de casal muito ruim e os de solteiro bons. Ótimo café da manhã, muita variedade e qualidade, a senhora do café é uma graça, simpática e prestativa, preço muito bom para o padrão de preço de Gramado e Canela. Recepção com ótimos atendentes, gentis e prestativos.
