"Upon check in Shaquan was very friendly. He asked if we were celebrating anything and was kind enough to have a gift sent to our room when he learned we were celebrating a milestone birthday. Unfortunately basically every other experience with hotel staff at the desk as well as restaurant staff was disappointing. We felt like we were bothering them when we asked for anything. They just didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Hotel was very clean, pools were beautiful, Restaurants were "ok" but quite expensive. Duty free shop was good - however again only one person was friendly - others made you feel they couldn't wait for you to leave and stared you down while you shopped. Location is fairly remote and not close to much and the on site general store is expensive. Pack snacks. Overall resort was clean and beautiful; we saw a family of monkeys which was fun. Hotel cleaning and maintenance staff you passed would smile and always say hello - it just would have made all the difference in the world if people you needed to deal with at the front desk and in the restaurants smiled once in a while and didn't make you feel like you were inconveniencing them."

"Resort was beautiful, but the water was rough and full of seaweed never got to use the amenities as far as the paddle boards and kayaks ,rooms were clean. becomes a ghost town at 9 o'clock. Don't look to go if you're looking for any kind of excitement or entertainment like they'll come to your room if it's after 10 and you're making any kind of noise. One restaurant at the resort limited menu, but go next-door and use their restaurant. Very nice ambience. you need to take a taxi anywhere you go, which they are very expensive. unless you're looking to go to literally sit by the pool, that would be the only reason that would bring you back to this resort."

"I had an amazing stay at The Crane Resort. The beach alone is worth the trip soft sand, turquoise water, and plenty of space to relax. The resort has a peaceful, laid‑back feel, and the staff made everything easy and enjoyable. My room was huge, clean, and had a great view. Loved the pools, loved the food, loved the atmosphere. If you’re looking for a beautiful, quiet escape in Barbados, this is the place."

"We had the best time at the Club. The resort is very clean and the food and drinks were amazing. It’s an older property but very clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows were a little hard, but some folks like that. The beach area wasn’t a typical beach area but a great place to snorkel and enjoy the sea. Just a tiny stairway away, and you were on white sand beaches. Highly recommend The Club."
