The resort is beautiful, clean and i rate it as excellent including the staff. No complaints whatsoever. However, i just can’t belive how dirty the beach is. Garbage is all over. We walked towards the waterfall and the water flowing in and out is dirty.
For us it is an easy fix . The vehicles entering the vicinity pay some kind of fees . Where are the fees going? It seems like authorities or officials don’t pay attention or dont really care. If it’s done on a regular basis, it wouldn’t be that bad . It’s a shame . There’s a small park, environment is same - lots of garbage

This is my second time staying at this resort while visiting Ubud. Can’t express how amazing my stay was. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. They also remembered me and my family. It truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel, exquisitely laid out and beautifully adorned with modern feels blended magically witn cultural flair.
Wow, exceptionally friendly and spirited staff ensured we never went without.
Unfortunately we had a room next to the main road so traffic and revelry at all hours were our only annoyance.
Loved the squirrels!

A really lovely place to stay. I enjoyed 3 nights in the Ethnic Suite and it was fabulous. The staff were wonderful and always offering to help, the food was great and the spa is just the 'icing on the cake!'
