"Breakfast every morning was cold and under cooked"

"Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was amazing. Casino was great. My only comment would be that if you do not care for Asian cuisine, they’re are far fewer option in the food court areas. Other then that the place was amazing."

"The rooms were clean and there were bathroom amenities. The free breakfast was very good. I was concerned that there was no water in the rooms for the coffee machine aside from getting a cup of water from the bathroom. I called down to the front desk inquiring about this as I thought for how much I paid for a room there should at least be water supplied for the coffee maker. The customer service rep from the front desk, apparently felt bad for me and brought me up a free plastic bottle of water. Kudos to him being thoughtful. It left me with a very good view of this hotel."

"Kind staff"

"Due to fluctuations in outside temperature, the hotel AC had not yet been activated. The room was uncomfortably hot (26C). I believe it is prudent for the hotel to notify customers in advance of this prior to locking in the reservation. Had I known, I would have made alternative reservations. I got a fan and an apology from the hotel either of which was satisfactory. Disappointed."

"A very lovely, spacious room with an extremely comfortable bed and linens. In another season, the gas fireplace would make it even cozier."
