"Rooms were clean when we arrived in the one room. The staff, for the most part, are friendly and good to work with. There is one older woman who works the front desk who seems to purposly NOT greet, smile or be friendly in any way. I don't like that and I've stayed at this property several times and get the same rude treatment from her. The younger folks are great - friendly, smile, make things go well. I am not understanding why you have to charge my card 75 dollars and then 25 dollars for the "incidentals" fee. But whatever."
