"First of all,my checking began horrible. I entered the check in area and the lady at the desk was finishing checking in another guest. I stood there waiting for 10 minutes. Two white men came in and the attendant skipped me completely asked them if they were checking in. I asked her as big as i am she didn't see me.No apologies for anything .She started checking me in and,to know her prejudice, she quickly turned me over to her coworker who just entered .The coworker's name was Lisbeth.Lisbeth was kind,polite and helpful but that first one,nope. This was between 6 and 7 pm on March 17th. The owner of this hotel can review the cameras. You will loose customers with employees who treat people in that demeaning way but ,because of Lisbeth' professional service, I might return "

"Overall our stay was ok other than the need to do request upgrades on rooms and furniture. The incorrect rooms were provided at time of check in resulting in furniture arrangements. Also the bed was to old and uncomfortable in all 3 rooms we booked, tv didn’t work and we called for assistance and nobody came to fix it. Food was excellent. Lastly the Bar Tender at the pool bar would always demand tips, making comments like “ you have been here for 3 days now no tips”. Again overall the stay was ok, resort, pools beach all beautiful but truly expected a better stay especially since this was our first time at this resort."
