"Ved reservation af værelse på Milu fremgår det, at man får "separat spiseområde, separat opholdstue, separat opholdsafdeling" og "dybt badekar", ingen af delene var tilfældet. I receptionen fik vi det svar, at sådanne værelser havde de slet ikke, så det måtte være en fejl hos Hotels.com. Derudover kunne receptionen angiveligt ikke se, at vi havde bestilt havudsigt, så det fik vi ikke i første omgang. "Fantastic hotel and service, staff are very friendly and professional. We had a great stay. We went at end of August 2025. Three minor comments on the property (1) the pool was very cold - too cold for our kids - would be good if there was temperature control (2) a regular shuttle into town would be good, we hired a car but if there was a regular shuttle on an evening it would be better; (3) the beach resort was a long way, I wouldn’t bother with this if I was managing the hotel - it was wasn’t worth the effort and again the shuttle times are extremely limited, would feel trapped down there without a car."
