"The room had the hot water shut off. The air conditioning vent was missing. Overall the experience of the room was terrible. The floor was filled with paint leftovers. Staff did not even suggested moving rooms."

"Very convenient, right on the camino and close to restaurants, cathedrals, grocery, laundromat, parks. Our room was clean, good sized, with a small balcony that over looked the camino.
