Breakfast, along with a trove of other things, is out of management's control. Coffee is an odyssey to get. Either no pump jars, or substitute broken machines, it takes quite a while to have your morning caffeine dose. Food choices are limited, yoghurt is watery at best, and good luck getting a spoon.

This hotel was such a gem. My room looked over the atrium so it was super quiet! Right on Copacabana beach with everything within walking distance. The pool had lots of seating and the pool bar had great food and drink options. You can even view Christ the redeemer from the rooftop.

The price you pay is for the location, and it's perfect location. Steps from beach and the neighbourhood, full of everything you need, include a metro station.
The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
The rooms are adequate. Very firm beds but surprisingly comfortable. Beach-facing rooms have double-paned glass. Rooftop bar & pool is small, so don't plan on there always being space to lounge there.
