Pra começar, o quarto nao estava pronto em nossa chegada. (Por volta das 16:30h). A TV nao estava funcionando, tive que ligar 2x para a recepçao para que enviasse alguem para dar uma olhada. Fiquei mais de 10 minutos esperando abrirem o portao da garagem pois, deu problema no motor e, por fim, nao tinha ahua quente no chuveiro.

Hotel antigo mas com algumas reformas. Porta do quarto ainda abre com chave. Pedimos 3 camas de solteiro e no quarto as 2 camas estavam juntas e 1 separada... no outro dia separaram. Não havia uma mesa e cadeira na varanda, acho interessante a administração pensar nisso... No mais os funcionários foram educados e atenciosos, comida deliciosa com bom custo benefício. Voltaria sim.

Gostamos muito do Hotel, quarto amplo, cama confortável, tinha uma sacada com uma vista linda da cidade. Bom café da manhã, poderia melhorar a sanduicheira, pq demora muito pra esquentar e ficar pronto. Jantares temáticos e comida saborosa. Pontos ruins: wi fi é péssimo e estacionamento pequeno. Chegamos um dia e não tinha mais vagas, reclamamos na recepção e informaram q tinha o segundo sub solo, por estar em reforma, era demorado a abertura do portão para entrar e sair

Deixou um pouco a desejar...

Um pouco decepcionante pelo nível do hotel,optamos pelo Panorama por ser uma viagem especial, 22 anos de casados,a princípio a fachada do hotel é linda o hall de entrada tb,mas estacionamento muito abandonado,com a impressão de porão,a suíte é totalmente diferente das fotos,mas o que mais me decepcionou foi as roupas de cama que tinham um odor muito forte de sujeira principalmente os cobertores,pedimos para trocar mas não foi diferente,eu ja fui em pousada simples,que as roupas de cama tinha cheirinho da roupa de casa,acabado de sair da lavanderia nos deixando dormir confortavelmente o que não aconteceu no Panorama o que salvou a estadia foi o spa e os funcionários que são muito educados,os quartos por serem muito antigos precisam de uma reforma,uma pintura tudo muito antigo,esperava muito mais do hotel pelo nome que leva e pelo nível

Estadia em excelente localização, apesar de antigo as acomodações são bem confortáveis e limpas, com uma vista panoramica o unico senão foi a porta da varanda fazendo barulho a noite, um pouco incomodo para dormir.
