We asked for fresh towels and to have the room serviced, at 8am when we left, and they did no clean it by the time we got back, at 9pm Had to go down and complain at the front desk, and it took a while, but was able to get some fresh towels at least The breakfast is good, and staff is generaly friendly

Atendentes mal preparados. Ironicos. Fiz a reserva para 2 adultos e 1 criança de 4 anos e qdo chegamos no quarto nao tinha a cama extra e nem toalha para ela. Qdo fui questionar na recepção o atendente disse que era padrao o quarto vir dessa forma, ao inves de assumir o erro deles. Nos deram outro quartos e qdo chegamos la o quarto estava montando com a cama extra e a toalha dela, ou seja, nao era o padrao vir sem nada. Foi erro deles mesmo e simplesmente nem pediram desculpas. Foram arrogantes e debochados. Ja qdo chegamos nao tinha ngm na recepcao, ja que os mesmos atendem o bar ao lado. Achei pessima a estadia e nao voltaremos mais.

Pessima a experiência, troquei de quarto 2 vezes por causa do ar condicionado, banheiro não estava higienizado, café da manhã só tinha mesas suja , fui reclamar e a recepção foi hitonics ainda. Fechei para 4 dias fiquei 2 e solicitei o a devolução do pagamento das demais e ninguém devolveu ou me deu um retorno nem o hotel nem o app . NÃO INDICO PRA NINGUÉM. PESSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA.
