It took 4 days to get my cleaning back and the desk was mostly helpful but one desk party was antagonistic with me about my concerns. Room cleaning and the restaurant staff were very nice. I woul not stay again - picked the brand as it is normally a good brand and location. This time location was poor with homeless on the streets.

Room clean, not too expensive but a bit old and shabby by some aspects. Slippers, coffee machine, boiler and tissues should be a standard for this kind of hotel. And it's not the case here. Swimming pool is tiny. Surroundings are really poor and crap. Almost nobody speaks english here, which was a first for me. The dining service is lame, it takes ages, many things at the menu are not available. In a nushell, don't dine here. Breakfast is more than correct

The front desk could not figure out a booking made on Expedia! Took us more than 30 min to check in and we had to come down two times to talk to them because the key would not work. Also they wanted to make us pay the already paid booking.

Um pessimo restaurante

passei uma noite apenas, viagem a negocios. Cheguei no hotel as 16 horas, depois de dirigir por mais de 8 horas. Demorou para fazer o check in, e isso por que só tinha uma pessoa na minha frente. Ao descer para jantar no restaurante do hotel, pedi um file a parmegiana, o qual quando foi servido, não era filé e muito menos carne de qualidade, serviram um pedaço cheio de nervos e gordura. Chamei o gerente e pedi se aquilo ali era um prato que pudesse ser servido. Ele pediu desculpas, jogou a culpa para cima do pessoal da cozinha. Resolvi não jantar mais e fui para meu quarto. Ao chegar, solicitei uma canja, a qual demorou uns 5 minutos para chegar, conclusão era requentada e além disso estava fria. No outro dia ao tomar o café da manhã não tinha copo de vidro para que eu pudesse servir suco. Pois todos estavam ocupados, me deram um copo descartável.

Estadia tranquila

Estadia ótima, quarto limpo e bem espaçoso. Funcionários bem atenciosos e simpáticos. O pedido pelo QR code do serviço de quarto não funcionou. No banheiro, na área da pia, não havia sabonete. Na academia alguns equipamentos bem antigos e sem funcionar. Mas no geral a estadia foi positiva.

Ao reservar o hotel, verifiquei se avia ponto de carregamento de veículo eletrico e sim, esta na especificação. Porem ao chegar fui surpreendido que o ponto havia sido retirado. Falei com a recepçào e aresposta simples, va ao mercado carregar. Falei que ao reservar tinha na descriçào e ele simplismente disse que não estava certo e que o mesmo foi tirado a algum tempo.

péssimo atendimento

Optei por uma opção mais cara com restaurante no hotel para jantar no quarto. Sou celíaca (alérgica ao glúten) e autista. Queria jantar no quarto principalmente para evitar crises do autismo e ter uma refeição adequada (iria solicitar ao restaurante uma canja). No check-in a atendente quis me cobrar novamente o valor da hospedagem e não estava aceitando o recibo do Hoteis.com. A muito custo, ela verificou que eu já havia pago a estadia. Questionei sobre o café da manhã e o jantar e ela me falou os horários que estaria disponível ambos os serviços. Quando fui realizar o pedido do jantar, o atendente do restaurante me avisou que eles não estavam servido os quartos, que tinha um buffet disponível no saguão. Comentei sobre as minhas questões e ele falou que no buffet havia massas e sopa de legumes com macarrão. Eu não poderia consumir nenhum item, por sou alérgica ao glúten. Pedi para abrir uma exceção e ouvi que ele só recebia ordens e não podia fazer nada a respeito. Liguei para a recepção, expliquei a situação e ficaram de me retornar e não obtive retorno. Na madrugada, acordei as 3hrs para ir ao banheiro e o quarto estava sem luz. Liguei 2x na recepção e não fui atendida. Não consegui carregar meu celular, o quarto estava quente, não tinha abertura da janela e o ar condicionado não funcionava pela falta de energia. Me arrumei as escuras, não dormi com medo de perder a hora já que a bateria do celular estava acabando. Fiz o check-out e novamente fui cobrada pela estadia.
