Staff was excellent, very attentive! Location of the hotel wasn’t the best. Halls were a little creepy since the light would turn on one by one as you walk by, like in a horror movie, breakfast was delicious, parking was paid, which is weird since it’s not a downtown location with limited parking… All in all a good bang for the buck.

Excessive use of single use plastic and lack of a designated smoking area. Otherwise excellent stay, staff, facilities and breakfast. The deck around the sauna could have a sign indicating the presence of a step - hazard potentially could cause falls.

Most of what they offer was very good! Not just Good, but not excellent... The smal refrigerator did not work good. Milk we bought spoiled in 2 days... But Overall is was a very good stay!

Lobby was extremely hot, they don’t turn on the AC. My room wasn’t ready until 3pm even though the check in time is at 2pm, they said bed sheets were arriving late and made me wait in the lobby with no air conditioning.

Quarto mal cuidado, instalações péssimas, banheiro com cheiro de esgoto. Parecia mais um Motel do que Hotel. Não consegui ficar até o dia seguinte, fiquei poucas horas e deixei o Hotel a noite. Quero meu dinheiro de volta. Não recomendo.

Quarto grande e confortável, o ar condicionado gela bem porém é um pouco barulhento, o café é maravilhoso e o hotel transmite um "requinte" (excelente para o preço). O estacionamento foi um ponto "decepcionante" pois na descrição inicial se passa a ideia do estacionamento ser incluído no valor, já que a informação é "estacionamento disponível" e embaixo a descrição é "estacionamento com manobrista". Quando cheguei ao local descobri que o estacionamento não era incluso no valor. O site não mentiu, o estacionamento realmente estava disponível, porém tem que ser pago a parte e não é barato (ao meu ver). Somente após descobrir isso que consegui encontrar essa informação na descrição, creio que isso deveria ficar destacado para evitar mal entendidos. No geral foi bom.

Boa , um único problema , quando eu cheguei não tinha toalha no meu quarto, a reserva tinha sido feita há 15 dias e tive que descer para pegar a toalha , fora isso os funcionários são educados e atenciosos , seja o manobrista e as senhoras da limpeza e as que estavam preparando o café da manhã , tudo muito bom , voltarei e indicarei para quem precisar .
