A hotel with potential but needs attention

The room was much smaller than I anticipated. There were no hot mela option suitable for vegetarians at the restaurant. Staff at the restaurant do need to be trained in their customer services skills - what they currently offer is sub-standard. No swimming pool available to guests.

Hotel bom/seguro, atendimento da recepção péssimo

Check in lento demais, apesar de eu ter feito o check in online antes, conforme formulário enviado pelo Hotel. Precisei pegar um Uber e perguntei o endereço ao funcionário da recepção, que me respondeu claramente com má vontade. O restante da estadia foi bom: o hotel é muito limpo e seguro; estacionamento coberto e espaçoso; o café da manhã é maravilhoso, com muitas opções, quase um pequeno almoço; quarto confortável, com boas roupas de cama. O único senão é o atendimento dos recepcionistas, desde o check in, que fazem a experiência cair bastante. Os funcionários parecem estar lhe fazendo um grande favor em responder algumas dúvidas, péssimo atendimento. Em outras hospedagens que passei por lá tive a mesma experiência, mas resolvi ir de novo porque poderia ter mudado, quem sabe, mas foi igual: check in ruim, lento e demorado, funcionários com má vontade.

Hospedagem simplesmente impecável no Slaviero! Fiquei encantado com o atendimento, sempre cordial, atencioso e eficiente. A cama é extremamente confortável, proporcionando noites de descanso perfeitas. O banheiro é excelente, com tudo muito limpo e funcional. E o café da manhã… um verdadeiro espetáculo! Variedade, qualidade e sabor em cada detalhe. Sem dúvida, uma experiência maravilhosa. Recomendo muito!
