I dislike leaving bad reviews but had to do it this time. Reception was great! The room…bed sheets felt like they were washed in salt water; sticky and unpleasant to sleep on. The sink leaked. The faucet was not really attached to the surface. The shower would not fully shut off and I never had hot water. The power went out at 20:00 and was still off when I checked out at 07:00. The walls are THIN and the hotel was loud in general, so if you are a light sleeper, stay away. Pick a different hotel because this one is a bummer.

I have never had to wait until 3 pm for a check-in! There was never any hot water for more than 10 seconds at a time; I reported this the first morning and staff said they would check, but still NO hot water!!! I would NOT stay here again. The staff was friendly

Pleasing clean place with comfortable beds, very tiny bathroom though. One big drawback is that walls are not sound proof, one can hear perfectly people walking and talking on the walkway, or somebody snoring next room.

Great basic, economical accommodation
Great basic accommodations when in Campeche, Mexico 🇲🇽. 👍 Friendly front desk staff. Close 20 min. walk to “Walled Old Town,” Historic Area Quiet area, after evening work traffic stops. No elevator, however, second floor, is only 1 regular flight of stairs, in this compact building. Free limited Parking, in front of reception, in view of most rooms 👍

The room was clean, but the walls are a little thin, so you can easily hear what's going on in the hallways. Check-in and check-out were easy. One thing I didn't appreciate was being quoted $200 pesos to organize a taxi to the airport, which is only 3km away. They told me that the reason was that taxis need to pay a special fee to enter the airport. In the end I took a normal taxi, and there was, in fact, no special fee or gate to enter the airport. $45 pesos.

Buenos dias Sr. Julian. Como se le comento a la hora de programar el taxi, le informamos que $200 pesos cobra al ingresar hasta la puerta del aeropuerto, tarifa que la misma agrupación nos da. De la misma manera le informamos que podría pagar menos si le pedía al taxi que lo dejara en la glorieta que se ubica frente al aeropuerto y que si usted no tenia problema caminara hasta la puerta. Una disculpa si la información no fue explicada correctamente. Nos pondremos a trabajar en sus comentarios y sujerencias. saludos

It was a neat space, decently clean, service was very kind and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like were the paper thin walls, indeed we had to change to another room on a different floor because our neighbor was watching Saint Seiya at full volume and we could hear everything in the stairwell.

This is a simple, clean, inexpensive hotel. The air conditioner works well, the rooms and beds are fine. The downsides are that the walls are super thin so sound comes right in and the parking lot is very small. I think it can fit about 6 or 7 cars. There may be more parking somewhere but I didn’t see it. I guess a lot of guests use public transit so the parking lot size may not be a problem. It was empty when we arrived (around 5pm) but full when we checked out.

Excelentes instalaciones, hotel exclusivo para dormir ya que toda la comodidad y amenidades básicas al 100 las encuentras dentro del cuarto. La vista y la zona no ofrece nada. Excelente para una parada durante un viaje largo!

Nos gustó que esta muy cerca del centro y es un hotel con todos los servicios pero si le falta mas estacionamiento aunque se entiende que no haya mucho espacio por la ubicación

El estacionamiento es muy pequeño y se llena rápido. Las habitaciones muy bien, solo nos faltó agua caliente y toallas. El personal es muy amable y el hotel está bien ubicado.

En la aplicación decía salida a las 13:00 hrs, y desde las 11:30 ya te estaban hablando para desalojo, en fin, ponerse de acuerdo cual es la hora de salida para que coincida. Y no hay estacionamiento y si da pendiente dejar el carro en la calle

Hola Aica, gracias por tu comentario, te comento que se les habla como recordatorio, pues en caso de exceder la hora de salida tiene un cobro extra de medio día. Por eso para evitar esos malos entendidos se les hace el recordatorio. La razón de la salida a las 13 horas es que el personal de limpieza tenga tiempo para la siguiente reservación y se entregue a tiempo al siguiente huésped.

No tienen agua caliente y cuando lo reporte el recepcionista fue bastante descortés me dijo si hay es regadera eléctrica así q tiene q esperar ahí, espere con la llave abierta 15 minutos y nada hasta la tarde noche me cambiaron de habitación

El hotel está bien en términos generales. El servicio en recepción es bastante malo. Pedí una toalla adicional porque solo había una y éramos dos adultos y primero me dijeron que solo me correspondía una pero luego siempre me enviaron otra. El penúltimo día el aire acondicionado empezó a tirar agua por dentro de la habitación y primero me dijeron si no tenía inconveniente de quedarme en así, yo dije que no. Me dijeron que iban a ver que hacer. Al final me cambiaron de habitación.

C’est pas comme on voit dans les photos, très sale, pas d’eau chaud, les serviettes avec des trous, pareillement dans set du lit, vraiment dégoûtant, au moment de notre arrivée aucune chambre réservée, notre séjour été exposé d’être 3 nuits finalement nous avons reste just 2 pas capables de rester la 3eme, trop bruit, on écoute tout de la chambre à côté les voisins sont arrivées vers minuit font le party et partis à 5 am (MOTEL), incroyable, prix pas chère qualité nul

La habitación muy limpia pero no hay agua caliente. Una de las ventajas es que esta cerca del ADO, pensaba que era ideal para salir temprano y continuar el viaje pero ¡no es posible descansar! Las paredes son de tabla roca y todo, ABSOLUTAMENTO TODO se oye y a partir de ahi, ya no pude dormir.

Por este motivo mi reservación no quedó bien registrada y tuve una discusión para que se me asignara una habitación a última hora. Por otro lado, las camas de la habitación tenían chinches de cama. Buen acceso al hotel
Hotel con buena ubicación y fácil acceso, limpieza diaria y proporcionar aditamentos de aseo. Sin embargo las paredes son muy delgadas, se escucha todo lo que pasa en las habitaciones continuas, la regadera no tenia flujo constante de agua, y el estacionamiento muy pequeño, lo que generaba colocar carros en la calle o tener que prestar espacios a vecinos del hotel

Todo el personal super atento. El vecindario no es muy bonito pero es seguro, cuentan con video vigilancia y con buenas vías de acceso. El punto desfavorable es el baño, es pequeño y la fijación de los accesorios (toallero, perchero, porta rollo) es precaria al estar montados sobre tabla roca.
