"The staff was very helpful, polite and professional. What a great location, the parking and breakfast was good. The room was well kept and I was very happy with it. I would absolutely recommend those visiting this area to consider staying here as it is also very charming. I also enjoyed waking up early to watch the sunrise, it was great place to see it."

"Great hotel, superb kitchen and facilities. The design and all decoration of the facilities is done to a high standard while respecting the old oil mill. The swimming pool and gardens are well looked after. Our room was amazing, huge and comfortable bed and great service. Only inconvenience it does not allow to flush toilet paper and there is just an ordinary bin to dispose of toilet tissue. Individual plastic bags and regular room service to change them should be in place. Also, the hotel is not easy to access, there are two tracks to access them and we just found out two days after we arrived that there is a one way system as the tracks are trecherous."

"We absolutely loved the stay. The staff was lovely, particularly Nerea at the front desk. The room was spacious, lovely and quiet. The breakfast was outstanding. Perfect location for seeing the old city. Highly recommended."
