"the room could have been cleaned better found food under table and the bathroom had lots of hair on the floor"

"The room appeared clean but old and well used. The smell from the cleaning chemicals was so strong and over bearing that I physically got ill and had to pack up all of ours bags and move out to another hotel. Am fighting for a refund on our room now."

"Unfortunately, breakfast ends at 9 am on weekends. I think that is a little silly. When I came down around 8:45, there was almost no food. The breakfast staff told me that she normally quits cooking at 8:40 and it is first come first served but she would cook some more food just for me. I really appreciate her willingness as there were at least 10 travelers that came in after me. I think it would be a good idea to extend the breakfast to 9:30 or 10 on weekends. "

"Parking was convenient and safe. We love always visiting this hotel when we come to Valdosta with the family to visit and go to Wild Adventures. The staff is always friendly, professional, and always seem to care about their job. Overall , great stay. "

"When I got to my room, I walked in and saw that the queen bed was not made. I immediately went to the front desk and told the clerk about the problem. I was assigned another room, but this was an inconvenience. I will not stay at another Hampton Inn. Also, the location in Troy, Alabama definitely needs an upgrade."

"The person at the front desk was very pleasant. The room was clean but there was trash piled up in all the trash cans outside, piled by the door we came in and out and never cleaned up. Mind you we only stayed one night so this wasnt a problem. More nights and I would have asked them to clean it up. The free breakfast left something to be desired. Overall, I would stay again if I was coming back to this area and needed a place to stay over. We did have our german shepherd with us and most hotels dont allow this so i was grateful for this and the price was very reasonable. We only came to town on business so its not like we were on vacation."
