"We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was comfortable and convenient and so clean. Check in and check out was easy. Location could not be beat. Only note is the bathroom pipes are very loud. We could hear bathtubs running and jetstreams from the lovely spa in the bathroom."

"Quick and easy check in and check out. Staff are super friendly and would greet us anytime we came in the front doors, offering free cookies and after 5pm they’d offer a cup of salmon chowder. They decorated our room for our anniversary and gave us some chocolate’s and sparkling cider on ice. Room was clean and nice with a fireplace and a balcony overlooking the river. Bed was a little too hard for our liking and pillows too small and soft. Breakfast was offered in the mornings and it was ok. It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location, very walkable to the promenade, shops and restaurants. We definitely will stay here again."
