Truly one of our favorite hotels in the world. Next level service, attentiveness and quality of every aspect. The views are stunning from every angle. All of the food at the restaurant was great. The staff were super helpful to our every ask. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful mountain stay.

Beautiful scenery that is worth the adventurous drive up. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and it seems like a warm family-run business. They speak good english too. Breakfast was great with the surprisingly very fresh bread and their delicious Turkish cheese plate. Lunch and Dinner menu is also delicious, but it is limited, which is fine given that people usually stay for 2-3 nights in such bungalows. We had the duplex with the jacuzzi outside the room which was great with breathtaking scenery. It had curtains too if you need privacy, as the other rooms do see the jacuzzi clearly if you don’t close the curtains. Overall, it was a very nice experience that I highly recommend!

Amazing, fabulous and unforgettable hotel, the most safe, clean, luxury bungalow in Rize mountains... I booked a one day dublex royal king bungalow with fire place.. I regret i didn't book it longer but no availability... Thanks to the staff and the owner

Very difficult way and halfway off road, there’s no cabinet inside the room, no cattle, if u need roam service you have to ask for it, breakfast very limited, coffee not included, milk not included only tea included. Anything needed they will charge you. Toilet very small and the hot water is unstable, you have challenge with water balancing when you do shower. The shower gel and shampoo are very bad. Only one thing good is the view and with all these negative points it’s not worth it.

I booked the room for fireplace and jacuzzi. I was told I can not use the fireplace. Jacuzzi water would not drain properly once done using. Water bidet in toilet did not work properly at all! Anytime we showered or flushed, the whole washroom would get wet. Did not feel good using the washroom. Because we checked in late, and kids slept.. did not get to go to reception. Left by 10:30 am and no one was at reception desk that I could soeak to, so we just left keys on table. For the price, I expected better. Was not a satisfactory stay.

Odamız gayet temizdi sıcak bir yuva hissiyatı vardı. Manzarası mükemmeldi çalışanlar da gayet ilgiliydi. Özellikle mutfakta çalışan hanımefendi bize çok yardımcı oldu. Yemek yemediğimizi öğrenince bize elinden gelen her şeyi yaptı. Otelin ayarladığı tur da gayet güzel geçti. Görmemiz gereken çoğu yeri gördük ve bayıldık. Yakınacağım tek nokta tur aracının şoförü sürekli olarak yüksek sesli müzik açtı başlarda güzeldi lakin sonradan rahatsız etmeye başladı çoğumuzu. Genel olarak her şeyi beğendik herkese tavsiye ederim yine geleceğiz.

Gece yağmur yağdı, maalesef sabaha kadar bir yerden çatımıza su damlası düşüyordu ve sesi insanı uyutmayacak kadar rahatsız ediciydi. Olağanüstü manzarası olan ve içerisi de muhteşem bir bungalovda konakladık. Kahvaltılar da harikaydı. Herkese tavsiye ederiz, Onur Bey sıcakkanlı ve yardımseverdi, patili dostumuz Herkül de çok misafirperver :) Otele ulaşan yol biraz meşakkatli olsa da her seferinde otelin güzelliği buna değdi.

Rizedeki evimiz oldu

10 yildiz olsa 10 yildiz verirdim, çok çok memnun kaldık. Bir çok bungalava bakarak en son burada şömineli balkonlu bir odada kalmaya karar verdik ve çıkarken iyi ki burada kaldık dedik. Sahiplerinin ilgi alakasi, hoş sohbet ve güler yüzleri çok kıymetliydi, temizlik ve hizmet zaten çok iyi. Herkese öneriyorum.
