First and foremost, i would not recomment the hotel for elderly people or anyone who has leg/back problems. The only way to the hotel is hiking up a steep hill, and then walking up the never ending stairs until finally reaching the reception. After that there is an elevator that reaches the second floor, and if the second elevator is not working like in our case, and your room is above the 2nd floor you have to continue with your hiking journey walking up the stairs until the fourth floor. Regardless of all the hardship, the view of the room was amazing, it had a view of the waterfall. The room itself was good for a night stay, nothing special. The staff were amazing, starting from the parking lot where we had to begin our hiking journey up until the reception, they were kind and helpful. The staff took our luggage in the parking lot and transported them by a cable-car to the reception. Overall, if you're young and have no health problems the hotel is among the best in the area, it has one of the best views to the waterfall.

We had an amazing stay. It is a cozy hotel that is idea for someone looking to get away and relax with incredible views. However, keep in mind that it is not handicap accessible as it does require a steep hike to reach the hotel (it is situated on top of a hill). The staff is very hospitable and friendly. They helped us book a taxi to and from the airport, as well as helped arrange tours/activities we were interested in. We would like to give an honorable mention to Ahmed and Mr. Berkay for ensuring that all of our needs were met.

The staff and location are great. The property needs better care and maintenance. The only problem is access to the property. You have to park down by the restaurant and walk a steep hill up to the restaurant. But once you’re up in the hotel, the views are amazing. We would go back there again.

Nice facility, comfortable and relaxing. The only stuff which not liked was to walk up the hill to reach the entrance, thus it is not recommended for old people at all. The breakfast was good, it was not buffet, but was set menu.

Das Hotel ist an einem guten Standort, wo man eine gute Aussicht genießen kann. Wir waren in der Panoramic Suite mit Terasse und Jakuzzi und sind begeistert von dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist auch sehr lecker und vielfältig. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, dass das Personal bei Anfragen und Zimmerbestellungen immer wieder etwas vergessen hatte, die man dann ein zweites mal anfragen musste. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Tout est parfait sauf l'accès à l'hotel, il faut être endurant pour monter jusqu'à l'hotel. Sinon c'est un endroit magnifique et le personnel et tres tres accueillant , très souriant et tres aimable.

Kısa Karadeniz turumuzda ailemle birlikte bir gece konakladık. Rezervasyonumuz başka bir oda için olmasına karşın, otel yetkililerinin şelaleye bakan büyük bir odayı bize tahsis etmiş olması unutulmaz bir jestti. Bu nedenle otel yetkililerine teşekkür ediyorum. Sakın ve huzurlu bir gün geçirdik. Konum olarak yaylaya her yönden hakim bir tepede olması bol bol fotoğraf çekmemize kolaylık sağladı. Terasın manzarası mükemmel. Çalışanlar son derece kibar ve ilgililer. Bavullar teleferikle çıkartılıyor. Merkezden otele kadar hafif eğimli bir yoldan yorulmadan yürüyebiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltı zengin, çay ve içecek servisi mükemmel. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Resepsiyondaki personel tamamen rezalet. Biz iki bay gittik iki oda rezarvasyonu yaptık ama bize büyük bir oda vermek istediler tabi kabul etmedim.ısrarla bu tek oda size göre filan dediler size yeter dediler ne demek dedim ben 2 oda parası ödedim ayrı ayrı kalmak istiyoruz deyip biraz sert çıkınca verdiler odalarımızı. Personel yetersiz ve suratsızlar ayrıca giriş çıkış işlemlerinde çok bekletiyolar. Sadece manzara iyi hizmet sıfır

Ahmet Bey Yorumunuz üzerine sizlerle iletişim kurup belirttiğimiz gibi Otele girişiniz esnasında malesef otelin altınaki yolda yasanan bir olaya müdalede bulunmak üzere otel görevlileri bir süre otelden ayrılmak durumunda kalmıslar. Geri görevde olan kişinin hatası yönetimin tekrar otele dönüsüyle hemen düzeltilmiştir. Çıkıştaki beklemenizin sebebi Otelin otoparkından aracınızın otelin altına getirilip valizlerinizin araca yerlestirilmesinden kaynaklanmaktadır.Aynı anda bircok oda cıkısı oldugundan sırasıyla aracınız hazırlanmıstır.Siz aracınızı yol üzerinde beklemeyin veya valiz için yorulmayın diye bu hizmet verilmiştir.Bekleme esnasına gereken özen gösterilmiştir. Telefonda görüştüğümüz diger konularla ilgili notlar alınmıs gereken düzenlemeler yapılacaktır.Sizleri en yakın sürede tekrar misafir edebilme dileğiyle .

Manzara güzel tabi her şey demekse sizin için...
Öncelikle manzarası süper. Bunu kesin söylüyorum. 40-45 yaş arası çiftiz. Aracı yola park edip (vale otoparka götürdü) yaklaşık 300-400 metre dik yamaca tırmanış ve merdivenlerden sonra nefes nefese otele giriş yaptık. Her gelenden alıştıkları için direk terasa aldılar ve çay ikram ettiler. Sonra oda hazır dendi ve odamıza çıktık. Kavron isimli odayı jest yapıp upgrade yaptıklarını söylediler. Sağolsunlar oda donanımlı ve güzel dekore edilmiş. Ancak : 1) Giriş kapısı teleferik ile (yol ile otel arası eşya taşımacılığında kullanıyorlar) bitişik. Akşam 8'e kadar 2 dk. durmadı. İn - çık, motor sesi, elemanların bağır - çağır konuşmaları v.s. o hızla inerken çıkan ses çok kötüydü. 2) Banyo çok kötü kokuyordu. Havalandırma çalışıyor ama işe yaramadı. 3) Duş gideri tıkalıydı. 4) Akşam kendi restoranımızda yemek yiyebilirsiniz, canlı müzik var dendi, ama canlı müzik yoktu. Zaten topu topu 3-4 masaydık. Sanırım kalanlar aşağıdaki diğer yerleri tercih etti (deneyim olabilir). Menüdeki yazılı herşeyin olmadığını öğrendik. Sora sora yiyecek bir şeyler bulduk menüden. Lezzet vasattı. Fiyat ortalama. 5) Her çalışan için genelleme yapmayacağım ama bıkmışlık vardı. Güler yüz göremedik maalesef. Daha önce bir arkadaş yazmış ya giderken bir güle güle demediler diye. Vallahi doğru çıktı. Gecelik 550-650 TL arası verilen bir otel için daha güzel şeyler yazmak isterdim ama doğrular böyle. Kimse de sormadı, Nasıl memnun kaldınız mı diye. Bende buraya yazdım. Sanırım okurlar. Teşekkürler.

Sayın Ahmet Bey Öncelikle memnuniyetsizliğiniz bizlere ziyadesiyle üzüntü verdi. Ancak klavye üzerinden zaman harcayıp iletişim kurmak yerine otel konaklamanızda taleplerinizi bizlerle en azından bir telefonla paylaşsaydınız tatiliniz daha huzurlu geçebilirdi. Otelimiz yoldan tam olarak 5 dakika yukarıdadır otele yatay patika yoluyla giriş yapılır ancak 400metre mesafe gerçeği yansıtmamaktadır. 1.Odanızı siz söylemeden daha iyi bir odaya transfer etmeyi düşünen bir işletme odanızla ilgili banyodaki tıkanıklık veya gürültü üzerine hemen müdahale edip sorunu çözer veya odanızı değiştirebilirdi. 2.Teleferiğin sürekli çalışma sebebi sizlerin daha konforlu şekilde kalmanızı sağlamak için getirilen toplu malzemelerin otele ulaşımıydı.Misafirler otele yerleştikten sonra genelde Ayderi ve bölgeyi gezerler aksam saatinde geri geldiklerinden bu tür malzeme girişleri bitmiş olur.Daha önce bu yönde bir şikayet almadığımızdan teleferik olağan çalışma saatlerinde malzeme tasınmıs oldu. 3.Restorantımız menusundeki ara sıcaklar kısmında eksiklikler mevcuttu onun dışında yazdığınız yiyecek biseyler bulduk cümlesi yersiz olmuştur.Restorant aksam 18,00dan 22,00kadar acık olduğundan ve otel misafirine hizmet verdiğinden aynı anda kac masa olmalıydı. 4.Otel personeliyle diyalogdan okadar uzaktınızki restorantın üst tarafından lobbyde olan canlı müziği bile bilmeyip yemekten sonra direk odanıza geçmişsiniz.Özellikle kayıtlarımızdan inceleyip saat 23,30a kadar müziğin devam ettiğini teyit ettik. 5.Yorumunuz üzerine çıkış anınız incelememiz sonucu ,maalesef toplu olarak çıkış yapan bir grupla aynı anda çıkısınız rastladığınızdan sizinle birebir görüşülememiştir.Bu noktada daha iyi bir iletişim kurmayı isterdik. Sonuç olarak tatilci ve otelci iletişiminin nekadar önemli olduğu anlaşılmaktadır.Sizler sorunları biriktirip stres yapmasaydınız hemen çözüm bulunabilirdi:Bizlerde daha fazla özen gösterip sizlerle gün içerisinde daha fazla diyalog kurabilseydik daha iyi anılarla ayrılabilirdiniz.

Nice new hotel with great staff
