"The hotel itself is beautiful, and the views are breathtaking. The hotel offered exactly what I was looking for which was rest relaxation and enjoying nature. The staff was friendly and very courteous and attentive to all of my needs. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was 100% satisfactory, which it was. It was my 50th birthday and the fact that the staff all went out to wish me well on my special day and having the room set up as a surprise birthday was memorable and I truly appreciate everyone there. The food was good, but overall amazing amazing amazing"

The room is equipped with everything you need to feel at home, and in the morning I received a gorgeous breakfast basket which included local fruits, a bagel and freshly squeezed juice. Our host Eric is a very friendly person and went out of his way for us and took us to a local waterfall that’s only know to the locals and we had an excellent day. "Near the national park, we loved the trails and the nature"

"When we arrived Mauricio greeted us, helped us check in, and also upgraded our room to the second level for free. The room is super big and clean. There’s a balcony and from it you can see/hear monkeys, macaws, parrots, iguanas, and so many more animals. We were also able to get reservations to Corcovado National Park through the person at the reception desk. At the end of the trip we were also able to get reception to call us a taxi within 5 minutes of needing it. It was a lovely hotel with friendly staff too. "

"We were greeted warmly by the day manager as our boat arrived. She told us we were being given an upgrade with a lovely ocean view. They went out of their way to help us including a very early breakfast before leaving for an overnight stay at La Sirena. Really appreciated the extra help."
