"This hotel is very well located for those who need to be near Duke University Hospital. The room was very comfortable and clean. There are several restaurants nearby. Breakfast is not included, but it's available for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend it. The staff was very friendly."

"The key to this hotel is the location in the heart of downtown Durham. It was a quick Uber ride for us to go anywhere, including the Duke game at Cameron Indoor Arena. Lots of good places to eat nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was large and suited our needs. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return to The Durham Hotel."

"Great staff, very helpful and outgoing! Room was clean and quiet. We stayed here to attend a concert at Carolina Theater. Location was perfect, walked right out the side entrance and we were there. Will definitely stay here again for our next concert!!"

"I really enjoyed this property. Each floor has an area with snacks in a refrigerator like sodas and ice cream and popcorn. We stayed during a not very busy time, but I bet this place would be amazing during a football or basketball game."
