Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
First, it was very hard to understand when signing in what the gentleman said. I had to ask for clarification multiple times. Once in the room, we attempted to turn on the TV...nothing was plugged in, no big deal we can do that. We did but no signal. We asked for someone to come help. The gentleman came in and make sure there was a TV channel, problem was there was no sound. He didn't check to make sure all was good. We returned to the check in desk and asked if he could come see what the issue was, again we tried everything we could. Fifteen minutes had passed so we walked back down to the check in desk and he had his feet up on the counter and playing on his phone. NOT happy. He did come up, attempted to reset the TV and said he didn't know what was wrong and couldn't fix it. There was not another room available. He stood there and made me feel like the one who had done wrong. I stay at ALOT of Days Inn all over the US and this is by far the worst service I have had. Not all the light switches work. Biggest issue I have is there is NO phone in the room. The gentysaid he called the room and no one answered. Never heard the phone and there isn't one in the room. If there is an emergency, how do I call for help, etc????
