The facility overall was good Front staff was very accommodating Traveling through and staying two nights Room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was good Would stay again. Not much in the immediate area

LOVED the whole experience! Very clean, quiet, and loved how the tv provided LOTS of good channels! Staff was also very nice! Everything wa stocked , didn’t need to ask for anything and bed 10/10, very comfy. Highly recommend!

Rodeo days and hotel nights
We love this hotel. They are the friendliest front desk staff ever. The rooms are super clean, with no fingerprints on the shower doors. The shower was terrific, and the beds were super comfortable. Side note: there were a lot of channels on the TV also for children. We stayed for a rodeo in Hampton, AR, which is very close, and we will stay again.

Property is located on the east Camden side. Not near dining options. The area is pretty quiet. There is a gas station across the street.

Southern hospitality with a smile 😄
If you are traveling through or staying in the are for any length of time, don’t waste your time searching around. The Sleep Inn at East Camden is hands down the best. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. If you have any questions about the area, they will help you answer them. It almost feels like staying at Grandma’s house with the kindness and wonderful breakfasts. If you are seeking Southern hospitality and meeting happy people, this is a one place stop. I could practically live there.
Plenty of parking and they even have charging stations.
Comfortable King size bed with mini fridge and microwave.

The refrigerator was not working. My food spoiled. There was no maintenance person available. The manager did nothing to replace the cost of our loss. Additionally, the ice maker on our floor was out. The elevator shakes as it moves from floor to floor. The hotel is poorly maintained.

I have shared your feedback with both our housekeeping and maintenance staff to better handle these types of situations differently in the future. Our housekeeping and maintenance did check the refrigerator after you notified the desk of your issue and they found the unit to be in working order and cooling. The issue may have been caused by the temperatures of the items and the amount of items that were trying to be cooled within the mini refrigerator. We apologize for the lost of your items and slow response time to your issue. We look forward to the opportunity to provide you with excellent service in the future.

Great Place To Stay
The room and the property were in great shape. I thought maybe the place was brand new but was told it was about 4 years old. I was surprised. The bed was comfortable. It had a walk in shower with good water pressure. They had a hot breakfast that was one of the best I have had in the last few years. I recommend it!

Very nice hotel, nice rooms with features I've not seen before like a hair dryer with a holding platform that has a night light, soft bathroom lights on one switch, brighter lights on another. Parking was right outside my window.

Every member of the staff that I came into contact with was very friendly. The room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The free breakfast was actually pretty good. If I ever get back to Camden I’ll definitely stay there again. I’d highly recommend it.
