I arrived and someone was already in my room, after them being told their room wasn't ready and being put into ours. We were then told that we could go into another room and the room had not even been cleaned. The window also didn’t shut and the door handle had fallen off the window so was very cold ...

Hyatt Centric Cambridge
Really clean and smart modern Hotel. On-site parking is really convenient however the park-and-ride is a short walk away and cheap cheaper. I’d also recommend using the park-and-ride to get in and out of Cambridge rather than the slower local buses.
