"Fantastic Stay! From the moment we stepped through the door, the front desk ladies made us feel completely welcome. They were incredibly nice, helpful, and genuinely awesome. The room itself was wonderful: spacious, very clean, and perfect for an extended stay with a fully equipped kitchen and a super comfy bed. The area around the hotel feels safe and convenient, and even the other guests we met were friendly. Parking was also very easy, which made everything even better. Breakfast was a great start to each morning, with hot options like potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage, and of course 2 waffle makers. Overall, an awesome experience. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Was a misunderstanding about need to reserve shuttle 24 hrs in advance. Front desk took care of problem immediately and sent someone to pick me up. Front desk(owners?) were very friendly and helpful. Place very quiet; close to airport. "

"Love the ambiance, quirky. In the middle of Chicago, so one side window was facing a parking garage and the other was other hotel rooms, but had really cool arty mannequins “flying”. Beds were comfortable, bathroom small but nice."
