"Traveled Cambodia will always hold a special place in my heart, as it is my motherland. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice this year, once in March and again in August, and both experiences were wonderful! What truly stood out to me was the exceptional hospitality and kindness of the staff. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. They even helped me search for a photography studio for a photoshoot, contacted several vendors on my behalf regarding flowers for my wedding, and assisted with translations whenever I needed help communicating. No matter what I asked, they were always patient, attentive, and willing to help with a smile. As someone returning to my motherland, it’s always a beautiful feeling to experience such warmth and hospitality. The staff made me feel welcomed and cared for, and their willingness to help with things beyond the usual hotel services meant so much to me. I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness and assistance during both visits. It’s the little things and genuine hospitality that make a place unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for making my stays so special. I will definitely be returning whenever I visit Cambodia! 🇰🇭❤️"

Also the hotel is in a perfect location, you walk out into the best downtown area next to the palace. We loved it!!"

"Chaiya Palace made me feel like a king ! From the moment I arrived to when I departed, every staff had been amazing. I booked the Chaiya Suite and it's the best bang for your buck. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, a/c was good to help you beat the Cambodian heat, the balcony was small but enough space for me to enjoy. Do not skip on the buffet breakfast. Then hotel is also just accross from Wat Botum Park and a 15 minute walk to the Royal Palace. While staying, make sure to check out the rooftop to get a 360 degree view of Phnom Penh. The restaurant also had great food, ordered pasta on my first night and it was delicious. Chaiya Palace is a great choice."

"The hotel is lovely and the room spacious and comfortable. The view from my room balcony was exceptional. I was offered free ear plugs due to the religious festival in the churches very close by, which was very thoughtful. I made use of the gym, which is limited, but didn't swim in the hotel pool, preferring to use the outside pool at the sister hotel 5 minutes down the road. I didnt eat at the hotel. The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner, but discounted meals were available, again at the sister hotel, Palace Gate Hotel and Resort. The only staff I saw, were at reception. They were very polite, spoke great English and helped me with problems I had with the cleaning staff immediately (leaving dirty cleaning cloths in my room on the furniture, not replacing dirty cups, nor bath mat and towels, before complaining, and not putting enough fresh water in my room each day). As it was a festival, they were short staffed, but my room was perfect after my complaint, even to the extent of pointing the toilet paper. I would happily stay there again should I need to, as I have family in Cambodia"
